This Privacy Policy explains how the hazimaru Free Shipping Bar app (the “App”), provided by hazimaru (“we”, “us”), handles data when it is installed on a Shopify store (the “Store”).

1. What the App does

The App displays a “free shipping progress” bar on the storefront. It reads the current cart total in the shopper’s browser and shows how much more the shopper needs to spend to qualify for free shipping. The App does not apply any actual shipping discount; it is display-only.

2. Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect, store, or process any personal information of the Store’s customers (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or payment details).
• Cart contents are read only in the shopper’s browser (via Shopify’s cart.js) and are never transmitted to our servers.
• The App does not request any Shopify Admin API access scopes (scopes = ""), so it has no access to customer, order, or product data.

3. Data we do store

• Authentication session only. To keep the App installed and authenticated, we store the Store’s domain and an OAuth session/access token on our server. This is used solely to serve the App’s admin screen and to keep the installation valid.
• The bar’s configuration (threshold amount, text, colors, announcements) is saved in the Store’s own theme settings, not in our database.

4. Data hosting & retention

The authentication session data is stored on our hosting provider (Fly.io, Tokyo region). It is retained while the App is installed and is deleted when the App is uninstalled or upon a valid data-erasure request.

5. GDPR / data protection compliance

The App implements Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks and responds to the following requests:

• customers/data_request — we hold no customer personal data, so there is no customer data to return.
• customers/redact — we hold no customer personal data to erase.
• shop/redact — upon this request we delete the Store’s authentication session data from our server.

6. Third parties

We do not sell or share data with third parties. The App runs on Shopify’s platform and our hosting provider (Fly.io); no other third-party services receive data from the App.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

本ポリシーは、hazimaru（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ 「hazimaru 送料無料バー」（以下「本アプリ」）を Shopify ストア（以下「ストア」）に インストールした際のデータの取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 本アプリの機能

本アプリは、ストアフロントに「あと◯◯で送料無料」の進捗バーを表示します。買い物客のブラウザ内で 現在のカート合計を読み取り、送料無料までの残額を表示します。実際の送料割引は付与しません（表示専用）。

2. 収集しない情報

• ストアの顧客の個人情報（氏名・住所・メール・電話番号・決済情報など）を一切収集・保存・処理しません。
• カートの内容は買い物客のブラウザ内でのみ（Shopify の cart.js 経由で）読み取り、 当方のサーバーには送信しません。
• 本アプリは Shopify Admin API のアクセススコープを一切要求しません（scopes = ""）。 そのため顧客・注文・商品データにアクセスできません。

3. 保存する情報

• 認証セッションのみ。 本アプリを認証済みの状態で維持するため、ストアのドメインと OAuth セッション/アクセストークンを当方サーバーに保存します。これは管理画面の表示とインストール状態の維持のみに使用します。
• バーの設定（閾値・文言・色・告知文など）はストア側のテーマ設定に保存され、当方のデータベースには保存しません。

4. 保存場所・保持期間

認証セッションデータはホスティング事業者（Fly.io・東京リージョン）に保存されます。本アプリのインストール中は保持され、 アンインストール時、または有効な削除リクエスト受領時に削除されます。

5. GDPR・データ保護への対応

本アプリは Shopify 必須のコンプライアンス Webhook を実装し、以下に対応します。

• customers/data_request — 顧客の個人データを保持していないため、返却すべき顧客データはありません。
• customers/redact — 削除すべき顧客の個人データを保持していません。
• shop/redact — 本リクエスト受領時、当方サーバーからストアの認証セッションデータを削除します。

6. 第三者提供

当方はデータを第三者に販売・共有しません。本アプリは Shopify プラットフォームおよびホスティング事業者（Fly.io）上で動作し、 それ以外の第三者サービスへデータを渡すことはありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。上部の「最終更新」日が最新の改訂日を示します。
